Our Team

Our core team has an exceptional track record in marketing, digital media, journalism and filmmaking and we utilize these skills to identify the key communication objectives of our clients; whom we then work closely with to conceptualize creative into tailor made, turnkey, coherent and cost effective solutions. We like to have fun with our clients, but we take our work seriously and believe we’re a little unusual in that we stand by our founding principles of gravitas and integrity.
Guy Campbell
Digital Director

Guy is the brains behind the ClickVID™ technology which he developed from scratch. An expert in HTML5 code, he has an exceptional skill set in the world of online marketing, including the optimizing of a brands’ presence through video and designing and managing quantitative measurement programs that can track, measure, and analyse the performance of online videos. He holds a BA in Computer Visualisation and Animation from Bournemouth University.
Arjen Kruger
Managing director

Arjen is an experienced board-level marketing executive who most recently served as the EVP and CMO of Global Blue, the world’s largest Tax Free Shopping network with over 270,000 shopping partners. Previously as the Chief Marketing Officer at MasterCard Europe, he was responsible for overall brand strategy and worldwide roll out of the celebrated “Priceless” campaign. A Dutch national, Arjen was educated at Georgetown University in the US.
David McDougall
Creative Director

David began his broadcasting career as a writer at BBC Radio 4 before moving into multi award-winning documentary films. He has worked with all the major US & UK Broadcasters and produced and directed films for clients including Armani, Ferragamo, Emirates Airlines, McKinsey, Ericsson, Jotun, Savills, Jumeirah, Monocle Magazine and The Daily Telegraph. David was born in Zambia, educated at Ampleforth and holds a BSc (Econ) from the University of Reading.
Sara Trechman
Strategy Director

Sara started her career at TBWA, becoming an account director in her early twenties. She subsequently went client-side to British Sky Broadcasting where she was responsible for it’s customer growth strategy and implementation. She then moved to Optimum Nutrition where she launched the brand throughout EMEA making it the number 1 European Sports Nutrition Brand within 3 years. She has a BA in Business Studies from the University of Leeds and speaks fluent Portuguese, French and Spanish.

Carl Burke
Director of Photography

We first worked with Carl not long after he had graduated top of his class in Media Production from de Montford University with a show-reel that looked like he had been in the game for about ten years. A superb sense of composition and outstanding work ethic has led to him shooting commercials, pop promos, documentaries and feature films for some of the most prominent directors and production houses in the UK.


Harvey Glen

Harvey first came to our attention when we overheard a director describing him as “the best you could ever work with.” A professional cameraman since the age of 17, he was twice nominated as Lighting Cameraman of the year in the UK. A consummate technical expert with a great eye for the shot and fantastic attitude, he is consistently brilliant behind the camera and has shot everything from high-end commercials to feature films.
Mark Oulson-Jenkins

Mark, colloquially known to one and all as OJ, began his career some twenty years ago, initially as a combat cameraman working in hot zones including Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan and the Sudan. Since marrying the television presenter Zilpah Hartley and having two sons he is more inclined towards corporate work these days. He holds a Masters degree in Cinematography from the Northern Film School in the UK.

Nick Zajicek
Director of Photography

Nick started out in the kit-room of The Picture Canning Company in London, one of the UK’s largest facilities houses. He trained up there as a Lighting Cameraman before decamping to Dubai over a decade ago to take a job as head cameraman for Atlas Television. He subsequently went freelance and is now one of the most in demand DOPs in the Middle East region. He holds a degree in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham.

Jon Iles
DOP/Steadicam Operator

Jon got his break as a trainee cameraman for BSkyb working on a variety of programming for news and sports through to light entertainment. He went Freelance in 2005 as a steadicam and jib operator and has since worked on a variety of programmes including the BAFTA winning Natures Giants, Doctor Who, feature films and numerous music videos. Jon is also the MD of One Stop Films, a leading gear house in London.
Karl Harris

A passionate shooter and extremely talented editor, Karl has steadily been building an impressive portfolio of work since graduating from the University of Nottingham Trent in 2013.
